Press & Publicity/Media Committee consists of following members:

   The functions of this committee are as follows:

• Press, Publicity, and Media Committee will be headed by a Chair and perform its roles and responsibilities in direct consultation with the Board of Directors. 
• This committee will collect news about organization’s meetings, programs and events and publish them through various local, national and international media such as newspaper, websites, face book pages, Blogs, emails transmissions, and other methods of publicity.  
• It is responsible for maintaining and updating the organization’s website www.bhutaniowa.org to keep it up and running. The Committee will also ensure that all the information published in the website are legitimate and doesn’t violate any organization/individuals’ rights to privacy and doesn’t infringe any copyright laws that are in effect in the federal and state level.  
• This committee also has the right and responsibility to create pages in any social networking site such as facebook, twitter, instagram, google group, Youtube and so on for the reasons of disseminating information about the organization. However, these information need to be checked and verified by the Board of Directors before they are published in any media.  
• It is also responsible for all print related tasks of the organization such as printing banners, letter heads, official seals, flags, and so on and forth.   
• All the tasks related to press, publicity and media should be performed by this committee in any events, programs or functions of the organization including videography and photography.
